“This building …… demonstrates an exceptional level of detailing by the builder as well as an excellent collaborative relationship between the builder, owner and architect….. there was no compromise on finishing and detailing with the neglected building reinvented for at least another 90 years”

“Home Construct” was engaged to lead the Project Management, Design Management and Construction. Engaging the Architect and all other consultants directly on behalf of the client, and driving the project from early planning stages, through the DA stage and then managing all of the construction and finishing right up to completion and the eventual sale.

An open and collaborative working relationship between builder, developer and architect allowed the project to change and evolve throughout the building cycle to achieve optimal outcomes in terms of planning, design and construction and building services.
