Major alterations to two seperate residences, one with an old shop front, to convert them into one modern family home in Balmain

Working closely with the Architect Client, on a limited budget, we helped transform these seperate tapered plan buildings into one family home. The client had a very particular idea of what she was trying to achieve and using a lot of generic finishes combined with some very clever detailing and design and some extra special finishes and fittings. It was a very challenging job on a confined site, with lots of surprises cropping up from past building practices.
